Three components; 2 one on one and 1 group session. Very relaxed for the one on one. The group interview comprised of discussing 3 new initiative's purposed by citi employees and which you would pick.

I did the online behaviour test from Citi and passed the online test on behaviour, logic patterns. I received the automatic report about my performance. Even though the report says I did excellently, but I did not go to the next round. No feedback from the company either.

There are three rounds in the rotation or rather division I got picked for which was FX Sales. 1st - Get to know you/Behavioural questions 2nd - Technical questions 3rd - Technical questions All the interviews were virtual on microsoft teams
