Entretien
Applied online, several days later received an Email inviting me for a 1:1 interview. Interviewed with just 1 manager who had told me he was going to hire me as soon as it was over. Pay started out at like $14 and change ($29,500 Year), I dont remember the exact amount. They then took my fingerprints and had me go do a local clinic to complete my drug test. 2 weeks later the training began. It lasted 4 weeks and then we hit the floor and was on our way.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Asked me to describe duties from previous employeers. Then it was simply questions like 'Name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do' or 'Name a time when you went above and beyond a customers expectations' So be sure you have several answers for those questions ahead of time.

The interview process is frustrating. They email you to ask to call them. They schedule a phone interview but dont want to work with your current work schedule. I set it for 2:30 pm the next day. They then proceeded to call me at 11:30 am, 1:30pm and then again at 2:30 pm. I didnt end up answering because I thought that was rude.

Question 1
I never made it to the interview because they were blowing up my phone at unscheduled times while I was at work.
One of the best in class interview top notch, filtering people purely based on the talent, But their onboarding Process is lengthy I hope you would have received fair amount of information.
Two phone interviews. Very kind and they follow up fairly quickly. I was pleased with the information and quality of the interview. They have a through process when conducting the interview.
