Had a phone Interview, then 3 weeks later I was scheduled for an on-campus interview in Durham,NC. It was a whole day affair that consisted of a sales simulation, Presentation and a Technical Interview. The Sales simulation consisted of me and a customer( simulation).The presentation was on a given topic with no notes. The technical was a bit intense. All basic CCNA protocols were asked and all the rest questions were from my resume and past experience.

Entretien
First talking to recruiter, then a quick call answering some "technical questions". After which there were some exercises and a video to record on a topic. And the last step was a half day of interviews, roleplays and short exam on site

Entretien
After a resume screen, a two minute voice recording explaining any Cisco technology that excites you and why.
Next step was a virtual interview with a systems engineer. This consisted of behavioral and technical questions based on a previously specified Cisco product. Last stage was the Assessment Center and its three parts: Behavioral Interview, Technical Presentation, and Discovery Call Role Play.

Entretien
Eerst was er een cv selectie. Na selectie was er een video interview waar je een aantal antwoorden op behavioral questions moest beantwoorden, bijv. vertel me over een keer dat je een moeilijk situatie had. Hoe heb je het opgelost? Na video interview was er een assessment centre, waar je een aantal rondes achter elkaar had.
