In the managerial round they asked about you, your strength, weakness, fears and achievements in life...put us through some real life scenarios and asked our approach. In the HR round they asked about projects and the the reason we want to join the company and the preferred location

Thorough interview process, beginning with a deep technical interview about my experience and expertise, followed by a managers interview about higher level topics. After 2 interviews I was given an offer which I accepted. Previous interview experiences with Cisco were similar, with just the interviewers being different.
