Quite simple. My manager got nervous when giving interviews so he tried to make it more personal than an interview to make both him and the potential employee more comfortable

I had a scheduled interview with circle k and showed up 10 minutes early. I waited for the person at the counter to be free from customers and then let her know I was here for an interview. She looked incredibly confused and called someone on her phone. Then she said that they apologize but can we reschedule. I asked if there was an email or phone number I can reach out to and she just said come in on Monday or Tuesday. Needless to say I did not come back in and decided that this was not worth the hassle.
