Interview process was multi-stepped, thorough, and professional. I spoke with a recruiter, sales manager, sales trainer, and did a ride along, but ultimately did not receive an offer. This location was a high-performing location, so I imagine this position was more competitive than a comparable position elsewhere.

I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
