I applied to the discount cinemark when I turned 16. I filled out an application and turned it in right away. I got a call back in a few days for an interview. It was a one on one interview, and it was pretty laid back.

Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.

A very quick interview. I was asked about what hours and days I can work. I was also asked about my past jobs and what I would do in certain situations at work.
