First there was a phone interview with HR where they asked about situations and how you deal with them. Then an in person HR interview that really was just to make sure who you said you were. They didn't ask too many questions. And then an interview with my current manager which was more job specific questions and explained job roles and responsibilities. Took several weeks overall.
