Off the wall questions. Had to meet with 10 people including doctors who voiced that they did not know why they were included in this process. Very quite and depressing environment.

I was an internal candidate. I had a brief phone discussion with HR and a follow up 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. I then had a second in-person group interview with two other employees within the department for approximately 30 minutes. Lastly, a meeting with the Division Director.
