First interview is through a pre-recorded phone call. It was easy as they only asked a few basic questions. However, the questions weren't very finance related, more so just generic. I think they might use the same thing for every hospital employee.

The recruiter completely forgets to call me for phone screen and acts like she doesn’t even know me when I called back. Then she offers me 30% less than what I was making and still made me feel like I was inadequate to do the job when I was literally interviewing for way more than that with other places. I withdrew my candidacy.

I applied online and receive online interview by email. Online questionnaire and prerecorded phone question. Phone questions are behavioral questions. Position filled quickly and ended up with no next step.
