Manager texted me to set up an interview a day after applying online. Came in and the interview was around ten minutes for a team member position. Fairly easy but prefer open availability.

Unprofessional! Scheduled an interview, arrived and waited 10 minutes to be told we are not hiring. then why was I scheduled an interview?? Complete waste of my time. Applicants time is just as valuable, if not more as we need money. Wasting our time is wasting potential money.

Interview are scheduled pretty quick usually a week at most and goes pretty well but the never hear anything back. Sometimes they aren’t aware there are interviews. But overall the interview is pretty easy, i wouldn’t mention a having a second job until hired.
