Pretty simple. They asked the standard interview questions and it does not take too long. I liked that a lot of the workers seemed like they actually wanted to be there.

Went in sat down with the hiring manager. They asked me to tell me about myself a pond gave a few scenarios related to the jib for me to answer. Also asked about availability, if I can handle being outside etc.

Easy! simple and sweet just know your strengths and weaknesses. They'll also probably ask where you see yourself in 5 years and what makes you a good leader. Make sure to include examples!
