I applied at snagajob.com and was contacted within 1 week. Then I went through a series of 3 separate interviews. One with my GM, one with one of my shift leaders and then the Operator also known as the Store Owner. It was a standard interview without any unbelievable through-you-for-a-loop type of questions.

They call to set up and interview. First round is basic interview questions like “tell me about yourself”, strengths and weaknesses. Second round is with the manager and store owner asking behavioral/situational questions. Pretty easy process.

Was very nice. The interviewers are very respectful. The employees are all very hard working and very respectful as well while the interview was going on. You need to make sure you wear formal attire.
