The interview was short and sweet. I walked in, checked in with security, sign in with CPS, wait in a meeting room with other interviewees to be called. Then there's a short 1 on 1 interview. I guess if u have experience the interview could last longer but I had no sub'n experience.

Easy process, friendly interviewer. You get a chance to see the city on a different light. Lots of educators doing their best with the resources they have. I've been all over the city, schools are nice and you get to work with some amazing kids

Bad, cold, and distant interviewer, she was rude, honestly. Told us it was a professional interview, but the interviewer wasn't even showing herself on Zoom camera, literally just her forehead.

The interview was scheduled a few weeks in advance, but I heard back the next day. Only a quick 15 minute video call, and the interviewer was on time, professional, and friendly.
