Interview was two part. The first was just a get-to-know-you type of deal. The recruiter took us out to eat at a nice restaurant and grilled us about our desires later on down the road. Then he selected only a handful of us to interview and called us later that evening. The interview was the next morning and he grilled me on all types of odd questions. Do your best to just act interested and be present and connected with the interviewer. Ask questions, but not too many, and no dumb questions or redundant ones. Anyway... I got an offer but declined based on my other options.
