The process was very fast. I was working there less than 2 weeks after the first call. Part of the interview was also a employee shadow which gave me a good idea of what exactly I'd be doing and what programs/systems I would use

Asked about being "customer-focused," my background, education, etc. Most of it was basic interview questions.

Entretien
Had one nice phone interview and after about a week or so had another. Very nice to talk to. Mostly learning about the company and what they were looking for. They were looking to find out exactly what I was looking for as well. Ended after the second phone interview. No offer
