Interview with area lending manager, then regional manager. Wanted to know about sales history, experience and education. Also wanted to set future expectations for high performance and individuality. The interview is pretty "cookie cutter" Chase HR gives them a template to follow and they must follow that verbatim. Be prepared to talk about sales techniques.

Great! Very easy to follow. Ver professionals and technology was maximized. They asked great questions and were very easy to talk to. I can really see myself working here. Chase is great. Maybe the greatest. Nobody is greater.

Interviewed by a panel. Want to know about your product knowledge, experience with deadlines, and a focus on customer service. They wanted to see how you respond when under pressure. The fact that they all asked questions at once was an indication that this was a focus of the interview.
