Got a call to interview with local branch manager, and it was a really easy interview. They ask pretty much all the typical interview question. There was nothing that was out of the ordinary for me. I was ready for the questions they asked.

They ask you to do a quick role play and put you behind the desk and ask you to be personable with the branch manager acting as a client coming in.

Entretien
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks

Standard interview process. Met a few personnel & the manager, got a feel for how the branch interacted with one another. Professional, nothing out of the ordinary for a role of this type.
