The interview process consist of multiple stages, including informal interview/catch up with the senior scientific colleague, formal interview step with at least 2 senior scientific colleagues, and a final interview which might and might not take place.

Entretien
First just an informal chat/phonecall with HR about the company, salary expectations etc. Then they will send you a writing test including datacheck, lay summary and slide deck summary of a paper. Last, quite a relaxed "meet the team" interview usually with two team leads. Very chill and relaxed process overall!
