initially phone call screening that lasted 20-30 minutes. After that came a in person one on one interview with a manager. A week later I had an interview with a supervisor, also one on one. Wasn't the easiest interview but also wasn't that hard either. Felt average.

How would you handle an upset student over the phone? what are your strengths and weaknesses
The interview process was pleasant and though there were several components it was not intimidating at all. The initial interview was with the talent acquisition specialist Holly Beaudry and she was a pleasure to talk to . She kept me informed throughout the entire hiring process and let me know after our initial interview that I could reach out to her anytime with questions or concerns. Megan Reeder was the next person I spoke with. She was also a pleasure . Our interview was more like a conversation and I felt very comfortable with her. I feel that we are going to work well together and I look forward to learning from her and working as a team.

Quickly contacted for online interview. Once I completed my online interview I was contacted the same day to move forward with another interview. HR staff were very thorough and helpful throughout process!

The interview process very thorough. I was contacted via email that I was selected for an interview and was able to select an option for time slot that worked with my current schedule.
I was contacted by telephone asked questions about my background/job experience and provided detailed information about the position. I was then selected to move to the next step which was a virtual video chat interview.
