Received immediate contact from recruiter. Set-up a time to speak with recruiter where she went over the position and asked a few basic questions regarding my background. After confirming that the position was a good fit for me, she set-up a phone interview with the hiring manager. I had a great conversation with the hiring manager who informed me that one more phone interview would be done with another team member prior to bringing people in for in-person interviews. I had a good conversation with this "team member" and expected a status update over the next few days. 3 weeks have passed and I have yet to hear one word from the recruiter or hiring manager after sending each one 2 emails. Very disappointed with HR and their inability to get back to me. If this is how potential employees are treated, I am glad I found out now rather than later.

Here’s the task – We’d like to ask you to put together a plan of work between June and the conference date. How would you go about planning for an event like this? You can present the plan in any way that makes most sense to you (excel spreadsheet, PPT, etc.)
I would not recommend this company. First call with the recruiter didn't even last ten minutes - this is either a sign that they really like you or are stringing you along. It turned out to be the latter. After being moved to the next round where I spoke with the hiring manager for an hour, the recruiter ghosted me after multiple follow up attempts. I have zero respect for people who think it is ok to treat jobseekers like this. Very disrespectful.
The interview involved a lot of people, but was easier than I expected. There were at least five people to interview with and the process was long, but the questions were not terribly difficult.
