Hiring process was quick and easy had 3 interviews in 2 weeks and was offered the job at the end of week two. Phone interview was first followed by and interview with a manager then the VP.

No really difficult questions but they were some very technical questions about Cisco products.

Initial contact was a phone interview/screeening with corporate recruiter
Follow-up phone interview with hiring manager
1:1 interview with hiring manager
1:1 interview with VP/GM
Written skills test
All steps were handled in a professional manner, only negative was 1:1 interview time was not correctly relayed due to time zone differences with corporate office

Most difficult question was the skills assessment. It was only difficult because it was related to company products/services and someone from the outside is at a slight disadvantage.
