Very laid back. They have an energetic community and seemed to be screening if your energy level would match theirs. The resume was used to apply but they were not as resume conscious during the face to face.

Straight forward. Not stressful. Looking for people with a strong work ethic. The interviewer was friendly. They're open to training people without much experience as a barista. They generally want to know that you have a good work ethic and have schedule availability that meets their needs.
