Short and efficient. Multiple people were involved in the interview, making it more like a group discussion on relevant topics. After the in person interview I received link to a codility coding test which was simple, most likely meant to weed out any candidates with 0 coding skill.

It was shocking to find our they had first round which included aptitude questions for a 3 years experienced candidate. That is quite absurd, when you think about it, since you would need to prepare with RS agarwal book for that kind of questions.

It had 10 aptitude questions, which we would have studied during our campus placements.
There was also one programming question, ,which would be considered medium level.
