I got a call from careernet consultancy and interviewed at Legato health technologies.First round was an technical discussion and a second round was technical and manager discussion.Interview process is worst , single panel is available for 50 people which is the worst thing and they are filtering candidates based on their salary expectations and not talent or knowledge.This is the second time i have cleared all the rounds but till now i did not get any call from HR. They asked me to leave for the day as they are waiting for the onshore approvals for my salary .My suggestion for the HR team to maintain transparency in the interview process because its finally the company reputation which you are making it bad and finally its the life of the resource you are playing with.

It was over all good and level of questions are moderate to easy. Round 1 MCQ 2 Technical 3 Manager 4 Director (OnSite) 5 HR Everyone in this interview process was very helpfull and made candidate comfortable
