I applied online and was contacted via email asking to set up a phone interview. The interview was pretty standard: why Cardinal, why HR, situation dealing with conflict/group dynamics, etc. I was contacted a few weeks later saying they'd like me to participate in the next round of interviews at their Dublin, OH location. I was all set to go when the position was unfortunately terminated. I've been working with a college relations representative to find other internship or entry level positions with Cardinal.
