I went through two different interviews with recruiters where I tried to gain insight on the company as a whole as well as the individual team I was interviewing for but it just felt like they were reading off of a prompt the entire time. Felt like I didn’t gain anything out of the interview and they were extremely adamant about going back into the office ASAP and wasn’t offering any remote position

HR interview, talked about pay and benefits and other details. Low pay and bad benefits so I did not go through with the interview. I think making people fill out these to see salaries is bad practice.

I had an initial call with a recruiter for the company. Nice woman and the call went well, but never heard back from her nor did she respond to my emails.
