Entretien
I applied and got a call within two weeks, I had a phone interview on the spot when they called. I got a second interview in person that same week from the phone call interview.

Question 1
They asked me questions like:
" Why did you CarMax interest you from all the other dealerships around?"
" What was a time you had a difficult experience with a co-worker or manager & how did you fix the problem?"
The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

Entretien
You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

Entretien
There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
