First round was an on campus case interview done via skype. Super day was a week later in Richmond VA at the Capital One headquarters. Very efficient and structured process. They provided a lot of resources for interview prep along the way.

Applied online and received a request for a case interview 45 and didnt move to power day. It was too difficult not sure why i didnt move on didnt receive much feedback.

It was a case study that i believe i bombed and would recommend a lot of practice beforehand. Just really understanding consulting cases and be familiar with issues in the financial services industry like how credit cards work.
