2. In test suit if same set of test cases pass sometime & fail sometime without any proper logic . In short random behavior. What can be the possible reason ?

The hiring process was good but taken whole day. As I have been interviewed for postion of python developer so it started with first telephonic round followed by 2 f2f rounds which are good into python tech.
