The process is very different from other normal companies, you apply for a senior role, yet they ask you about your HIGH SCHOOL test results and it seems like it is an academic excellence or no game. The job description is wrong, even the title is EMEA, yet in the job ad itself, there was no EMEA mentioned, and everything geographically mentioned was APAC. I could not believe someone who is academically excellent have not spotted this yet.
