Applied online and got a phone call a few days later - received a booklet detailing how the interview would be and to learn about certain things. Went a one on one interview with the marketing director and hr. great experience
The process was well laid out, was able to ask questions and feel relaxed in the interview process. Communication around the recruitment process was also timely and effective all round.

3 round interview process, first one was online video recordings of the answers, second was a teams call with the HR manager and final stage was in person in the office with The HR and hiring managers

Entretien
I took 4 month from applying to actual interviews. Got some starting question by email and then four month later they wanted to meet. Did not feel very serious. Interviewer stopped answering email when asked for feedback that could be useful for future references.
