Very easy process. It was like having a conversation with a friend. That is how desperate they are. People are always quitting because it's a disgusting company to work for so they hire anyone under the sun. I've worked with some interesting characters.
Was a simple interview, lasted approximately 30 mins and covered the standard interview questions. Mostly available to people already working at the store. Would recommend longer tenure before applying. Not much else to say to be honest.

Because I already knew the store manager and most of the employees, I only needed to pass the online business test. Once I passed, I was immediately hired and scheduled for orientation.
