Applied online. Long application. Got a call about 3 days later from recruiter. Set up phone interview time for a day later. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Asked about prior experience, difficult situations, management style. Then went two stores on two different days to interview with store managers. Both were really not prepared or experienced with interviewing management level candidates. They seemed more nervous than me. Drug test followed. Rest of process took 3 months while the district manager tried to find a spot for me.

I made it far into the interview process. I was ready to make the leap to start training and had verbally agreed to training and the salary. I was given the news that I was not chosen for the training position because they decided to hire someone with more recent retail experience. My experience was not as recent because I pursued a college degree and was unable to work during that time. Also, I was not chosen because I was not Bilingual, although it wasn't a requirement it was strongly preferred.

Entretien
The interview was professional, and the interviewer went over every detail and fielded every question that I had. They explained the pathway to full management, along with timeline, pay, expectations, and hours.
