CSX offered a decent amount of communication across the selection process. It started with a phone interview with one individual followed by onsite interview with a panel. I was called on a weekend to make arrangements for travelling the following week. Travel arrangements had some issues (hotel wasn't booked, mispelling of name). However, the experience was very positive overall (including luxury taxi to hotel and back). I would have preferred to have a full day onsite rather than just a 2 hour interview. Would have liked more time to understand culture & environment and job-fit, since the company was spending the money to have me travel to the site. Overall, I decided it was not the right fit but that the company had a good selection process.
