I applied for the job online. I was emailed directions to take a couple of online test. I was contacted a month later to set up an phone interview for the following week. During the phone interview a lot of detailed information about the position was given to me. In addition the HR rep typed everything I said on her computer when I spoke. I was told that a decision would be made in a month on who they wanted to come to HQ in Jacksonville, FL for interviews. I recieved an email a 3 weeks later stating that I did not get the position. I guess I need to have family in the company in order to get the job. I was told by a union employee who made 2 times what this position makes with little expierence and education that trainmaster get worked like a dog 60+ hours a week, not including on call. Also, they want you to find employee not doing tasks safely by "stealth tactics".( no lie)

1 phone interview & 1 all day interview. The all day interview had several parts; there were two 2 on 1 interviews, a role play & a group activity.
