I applied online through "snag a job". I got a call with a on the phone interview. They gave me the info to get my drug test and driving record as well as background check done. I was hired and was train in the store.

Not interviewing in person and meeting anyone from the company until you are on the job working. It was different for me, but it worked out ok.

Phone interview. Super relaxed asking more about personality and sales ability’s rather that experience. Great place to work if you’re looking for a part time job with variable hours. Not many extra hours to go around.

They emailed me with the date and time of my phone interview. I had two phone interviews first one is from Crossmark then second one was supervisor a week after first one, He said I got the job.

Meet employee, was asked questions why I'm the perfect fit for the job, asked questions about the role i was offered, pretty standard interview really.. I asked a few questions about this position and if they were looking for more people and they said yes
