2-3 interviews. They want you to sell to all your family and friends. After you have exhausted all these people, you definitely have to have a niche. I was led that I could focus on financial products and life and annuities. But you have to get 12 new policies a month or your salary is deducted

The interview process was very informative. gave clear expectations and outcomes for the role, laid out a clear plan of success and challenges . The interview laid out the scope of the position as well as the opportunities for growth.

Entretien
You will have about 4 interviews. The first is a general interview about your resume and genreral questions. The second interview will be more in depth and some questions about your past and future. Next interview you will talk with the manager about what Country has to offer and what you want from Country. Lastly you will meet with the District Manager and talk about yourself and what you can bring to Country. Also if you have any questions about the company.
