The management is very skilled at the interviewing process because there is always turnover in the first year as an agent. Be confident and have a plan to back your confidence. Tell them about sales success you have had, how younkept making calls until you exceeded your goals. They are looking for self motivated drivers that are not distracted by those in the office killing time talking sports or drinking coffee. Make calls in the evening and Saturday.

Online application, followed by a call, and then in-person interview for the position. Long, arduous process. Lots of talk about culture and earning potential. After it was narrowed down to 2 applicants, I was offered the role formally with my wife also at the meeting.
