The process went smooth initially with the phone interview. It was a second call with the head of HR, I was in the perception about the interview on cultural fitment and the technical leadership.
But it was only to convince on CTC's part. He was very keen on the salary aspects. These types of interviews reflect the workplace and the appreciation for the future. Please make sure you have a candidate interview review and feedback. Know the market benchmarks before you can negotiate with the candidate.

Entretien
Very Smoothly and rigorous. It consisted in 3 interviews: headhunter, Team lead and Technical one. Sara is very accessible and kind. Member of the team are professional and experience. It would be a very nice place to work.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of two steps.
First step was an interview with the recruiter person of HR department. We talked about my previous careers experiences, my skills, my pretendings, personality, etcetera... and it was mainly focus on me. We switched the language of our conversation to English to check if I had a good level to fit that the company requires and after that, she offered two available positions.
After this first step I had four more interviews with cm.com teams. This interviews was focused in my technical skills and they were all in English. The manager and a team member of each team were presents in every interview. They asked me a lot of technical questions, how do I manage some situations situations, what tools I had used to do some thing in the past..and so on. It was a very complet interview program.
