I applied for a job that I was more than qualified for. The next day I was offered an interview. I received a "calendar invite." The next day I received an email saying that the "phone interview" calendar invite had been cancelled. I logged in and saw not only that I was no longer being considered, but that the job had been reposted. I emailed the recruiter to see why the interview was cancelled but received no response. I've had several negative experiences with CLA at this point, and I will not be applying in the future.
