Christus Health runs hospitals, clinics, and home care services for pediatric and hospice. Pediatric Home Care in San Antonio is specifically the one I applied for. The Interviewer is the Director of this Home Care unit and she has a Nurse background. I came here as a new grad as I am also continuing my education to finish my BSN. The Interview was about 30 minutes, they ask questions about your experience related to nursing, clinical skills if you are a new nurse graduation, how you learned about the company, expectations, maintaining a current nurse license, and situations that you handled in the past and how you overcame the challenge.
