Neutral. The interviewers are mostly serious and at the end, they won't update your interview outcome by themselves. (you need to followup with them...) Not even get a good feedback and reason of rejection.

Process took 5 days for all rounds and confirmations and if the candidate will agree to receive offer means they will process with in 2 to 3 days, this is one thing is very nice in CGI
