I put a lot of time and energy into the interview process making it into multiple interview rounds. The team seemed great but unfortunately the entire process took months with little to no communication from HR in between interviews.
The HR team did not provide updates after constant email follow ups and I felt in the dark the entire time. It was the worst interview experience I have ever had. I was never told I didn't get the position but assumed after enough time had passed and the job was no longer posted.
CK is a very large and established company and should know proper HR etiquette. Ghosting interview candidates in rude and unacceptable. Every candidate deserves a yes or no.
