I got the job from a job fair, I was hired on the spot, the interviewer didn't ask that many questions cause she looked at my resume and explained that they were looking for the holidays.
It was through a hiring agency, agency would call up first and proceed to hiring manager interview round. It was smooth and easy, with very basic retail and customer service related questions asked

In person with the general manager and the assistant manager. They both mainly asked of any of my personal experiences from my resume and personality questions. Also discussed what kind of styles I enjoyed.
