I was recruited by an HR rep. I never applied for the position, but the recruiter read my resume online and called me with an offer. The interview process was over the phone and she sent me a packet of papers on email and I faxed them back to her. It was a very easy process.

Typically after your application, there are 2-3 interviews. One otp and the others are in person. There was a long wait time, as you have to complete forms to process. You have to be cleared to work on these secret and TS level contracts.
