I applied online and received an interview request within a week of applying. I was asked to complete a video interview in 48 hours, so that was already a huge time crunch. But there were some 8-9 video questions that I was supposed to answer and some of them were 3-4 minutes in length since they required detailed answers (i.e. describe a situation when...). Strike 1.
Initially, the platform told me that I could retake some of the videos. Well, it turns out I couldn't redo any of them - whether that was a glitch or not. Good thing I prepared for the first video, otherwise that would have been a complete mess. Strike 2.
The platform kept a countdown of how much time I had left to submit, starting from 48 hours. However, after about 24 hours, I noticed that my deadline for submitting on the platform had increased an additional 72 hours. I thought I was only supposed to have 48 hours, so I was confused and emailed the company contact, who didn't get back to me for another 48 hours during business hours. I was afraid that it was a system, so by then, I had already submitted. Strike 3.
And then... I proceed to never hear back from the company until... July. Seriously?! Why would anyone bother to email a rejection during the summer after the fact? Will never apply here again.
