The interview process involves a timed SAT test and subject tests, which you decide on with the Program Lead prior to arrival. If you've passed the SAT test within the 95% or higher, you move on to the subject test, and then interview.

Initial Screening on the phone, taking the SAT and receiving a satisfactory score (Usually top 1 percentile), and final interview with the center director regarding past teaching and work experience.

First, they have an online assessment for a particular field in which you are interested in teaching. If you are to pass that, you would move onto the second part, an in-person behavioral interview.
