There was only one interview. It was with the GM and another person from the company. Questions were typical of any other business. It's a sales business and some customer service questions were asked.

3 interviews with 2-4 people each time. Was offered the job and negotiated a start date. Was told it was a done deal and the formal offer that would arrive in 1-2 days was just a formality. 4 days passed without contact from them. I contacted them and was told they were going to continue to look for candidates.
