I have applied directly to them from their careers page and received call after couple of days.
I had one telephonic round about my Resume. Easy to clear.
Second one is Skype round with Senior Developer asked me to write a program in any of the language that I am comfortable . I chose to write in JavaScript. It was medium difficulty problem .
After few days they asked me to visit their office to have interview with CTO. Interview is more about your design skills and understanding of OOPs concepts.
Final round is with CEO (Programming + HR), he asked me to write a program about simple but little tricky sorting problem. I got stuck, he has given me hint which helped me to solve the problem. After this HR discussion.

Entretien
First they contacted through phone call, next we need to do an assignment. Next round live coding consists of 5 ques among 3 are compulsory balance either 1 code followed by interview.
